Ramen Bowl
This bowl was hand-thrown on the wheel using stoneware clay and decorated with iron-oxide brushstrokes. I find that this particular shape of bowl really compliments soups and liquids as it holds a surprising amount of food, and the closed form tends to keep food hotter for longer. It is dishwasher-safe, but as with all handmade ceramics, handwashing is advised to protect the piece from bumps, knocks and general wear and tear.
Dimensions: 9cm H x 15cm W (rim)
All measurements in centimetres and approximate to a few millimetres. Width is usually from widest point.
Photographs have been taken in studio and/or natural light with a Nikon D3200 and have no colour editing. Colours may appear slightly different from the actual piece depending on screen and lighting differences.
