This small bottle vase with exposed neck was hand-thrown on the wheel using a volcanic black clay. The glaze is a rich, semi-matte brown-black with blue-green details. It reminds me of the murky riverbeds of the Fens, and many, slightly nervy, childhood swims getting caught in the weeds.

Dimensions: 12cm H x 6cm W

All measurements in centimetres and approximate to a few millimetres. Width is usually from widest point.

Photographs have been taken in studio and/or natural light with a Nikon D3200 and have no colour editing. Colours may appear slightly different from the actual piece depending on screen and lighting differences.
