A large hand-thrown and trimmed moon jar with a cobalt oxide detail around the centre, reflecting both the horizon on The Wash, as well as the traditional two-part method of producing moon jars. Thrown with a speckled white stoneware clay body and fired to Cone 6. Holds water for fresh flowers if preferred. The foot is felt-covered to protect wooden surfaces.
