Kyusu Teapot with Integrated Cup
This kyusu teapot was hand-thrown on the wheel using white stoneware and glazed in an iron-rich, speckled cream glaze. The handle is driftwood treated in Danish oil and has a lovely, smooth, almost buttery texture. It has been designed with an integrated drinking cup and separate lid.
Dimensions: Teapot - 14cm H (with cup in situ) 11cm H (without cup) 25cm W (edge of pot to end of handle) 12cm W (edge of pot to spout).
All measurements in centimetres and approximate to a few millimetres. Width is usually from widest point.
Photographs have been taken in studio and/or natural light with a Nikon D3200 and have no colour editing. Colours may appear slightly different from the actual piece depending on screen and lighting differences.
